Access Adventures - Carriage Driving for the Disabled
Michael Muir with his core of volunteers provides a carriage driving program at Rush Ranch for the disabled. They also provide carriage rides for the general public on the third Saturday of each month at the same time as the blacksmith demonstration. Seniors are more than welcome. Rides are provided as trail conditions permit and as volunteers are available. Access Adventures has two new carriages that have attached hydraulic lifts so loading is a breeze. The larger of the two new carriages can accomodate up to ten walking passengers or six wheelchairs. Contact Mike to schedule a group ride or if you'd like to get a ride yourself. Mike is always looking for dependable volunteers to help with horse care, corral restoration, and to learn carriage driving. For more information visit the Access Adventure website
